Although the new console is exclusive to Walmart, it's still very exciting news for console lovers. It's definitely a sexy looking console, but there are a few sore points for us.
The official tweet from @PlayStation announced the launch yesterday:
The Glacier White PS4 is out today and bundled with Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, exclusively at Walmart for $299. pic.twitter.com/LZ4m0d1o8k

The price point is set at $299 USD and comes bundled with Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Legacy addition. The legacy addition comes with Modern Warfare Remastered.
The tech specs are basically the same as the PS4 Slim with the 500 GB hard drive.
The new Glacier White PS4 also comes with a free 30 day subscription of PS Plus and the new Dualshock 4 controller that came out around the time of the PS4 Pro.
It's not clear to us whether the exclusivity to Walmart will remain, or if it is just an exclusive Call of Duty bundle at the price of $299. We have to assume the console will be made available to other retailers down the road.
