CEVO Partners with MLG to Broadcast CEVO-P CS:GO Season 6 Online Playoffs and Host Season 6 LAN Finals at the MLG.tv Arena

(Sunday, February 22, 2015) – CEVO, North America’s largest competitive online PC gaming league, and MLG, the global leader in eSports and premium video network, today announced a partnership to host the CEVO-P CS:GO Season 6 LAN Finals at the MLG.tv Arena in Columbus, Ohio from Monday, April 13th to Wednesday, April 15th and broadcast the CEVO-P CS:GO Season 6 Online Playoffs from Sunday, February 22nd to Thursday, February 26th on MLG.tv.

The CEVO-P Season 6 LAN Finals will feature the top four North American CS:GO teams from Season 6, competing in a three-day tournament for their share of just over $11,500 USD. The action will kick off Monday, April 13th and continue through to the grand finals match on Wednesday, April 15th. Leading up to the event, CEVO will host the CEVO-P CS:GO Season 6 Online Playoffs, broadcast on MLG.tv to determine the four qualified teams.

The CEVO-P Season 6 Online Playoffs will feature the top eight teams from Season 6, competing all week in a double elimination (bo3) bracket to secure one of the four LAN Finals invitations. The first playoff matches begin on Sunday, February 22nd and will continue throughout the week until Thursday, February 26th.
